Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analyze market trends to optimize content for maximum search engine visibility.
- Assist in the execution and management of digital marketing campaigns across various social media and advertising platforms.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates to provide actionable weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the creative design team to develop engaging visual assets and copy.
- Manage and update the company blog and social media channels to maintain brand consistency.
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing potential candidates and screening applications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles, social media algorithms, and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
