Responsibilities
- Software Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, and test scalable software solutions.
- Project Execution: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Debugging & Optimization: Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks efficiently.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for code and processes.
- Agile Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Research: Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Graduation: Expected graduation between Summer 2024 and Fall 2025.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative team mindset.
