Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify top talent pools in the IT sector.
- Assist in the technical screening and scheduling of candidates for interview processes.
- Optimize job postings and career site content to improve search engine visibility and click-through rates.
- Manage and update candidate databases within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute SEO campaigns and content strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Support the creation of engaging digital content for social media and newsletters.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven setting.
