Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance testing.
- Support the SEO department with keyword research, content auditing, and backlink analysis.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot basic software bugs and improve user interface.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and internal knowledge bases.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic HTML, CSS, and web fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings.
