Responsibilities

- Participate in the documentation of technical processes and standard operating procedures.
- Support the deployment of new applications and maintenance of existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal workflow efficiency.
- Perform quality assurance testing for software releases under senior developer supervision.
- Attend weekly team meetings and technical training sessions to enhance skill sets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to commit to 20-30 hours per week during the semester.
