Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend outreach events at local community centers
- Recruit and engage student volunteers for city-wide initiatives
- Develop promotional materials for youth programs
- Track program metrics and prepare impact reports
- Assist with grant research and donor communications
- Collaborate with Tucson Parks & Recreation on weekend activities
- Support social media campaigns targeting young adults
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with volunteer coordination preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Pass background check required for youth interaction
- Interest in nonprofit operations or public policy
