Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of weekend marketing events and community outreach programs.
- Manage and curate social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) specifically during weekend shifts.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize weekend content strategies.
- Gather and input customer feedback during weekend support hours to improve service quality.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, ensuring weekend operations run smoothly.
- Collaborate with the creative team to draft copy and assist in the design of promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
