Responsibilities
- Manage and curate social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) specifically for weekend campaigns.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of local weekend events and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends within the El Paso region.
- Update internal databases and assist with administrative tasks to support weekend operations.
- Create engaging graphics and copy for email newsletters and social media posts.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide weekly reports to the marketing manager.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday (or specific weekend hours) for the duration of the internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso office.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.
