Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Strategy: Assist in conducting keyword research and optimizing web content to improve search engine rankings for local clients.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and monitor social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to drive engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Local SEO Campaigns: Support the optimization of Google Business Profiles and local directory listings for Seattle-area businesses.
- Basic Design Support: Create simple graphics and edit video content for social media using Canva and Adobe tools.
- Market Research: Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Starter: Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to our Seattle office.
