Responsibilities
- Support weekend tech infrastructure maintenance and system updates
- Assist with client onboarding and weekend support requests
- Document technical processes and create user guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend project sprints
- Participate in bi-weekly innovation hackathons
- Track performance metrics and generate weekend activity reports
- Shadow senior engineers during critical system deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Virginia or North Carolina university program
- Availability for 16 weekend hours (Saturday/Sunday) weekly
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Interest in tech operations, IT support, or project management
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups
- Must maintain academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
