Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and clients on weekends.
- Analyze and process incoming data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity of our records.
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of internal software systems and databases.
- Conduct routine system health checks and report anomalies to senior engineering staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong interest in tech support, data analysis, or IT operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus office for weekend shifts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting is a plus.
