Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry, candidate screening, and administrative tasks during weekend shifts.
- Support the SEO team in researching keywords, analyzing web traffic, and optimizing content.
- Update job listings on various job boards and internal recruitment databases.
- Conduct research on potential candidates and market trends to aid in talent acquisition.
- Help organize recruitment events and maintain the office workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to draft professional outreach emails.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (Human Resources, Marketing, or Business preferred).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Digital Marketing.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and a proactive attitude.
