- Shadow departmental leaders to understand operational workflows

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) consistently
- Strong academic standing with minimum 3.0 GPA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or data analysis preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
