Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of web applications and databases.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the QA team to test new features and identify bugs.
- Document technical processes and create user guides.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly team meetings.
- Support the sales team with data entry and reporting tasks.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to our projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
