Responsibilities
- Assist the IT department with routine system maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware support during weekend shifts.
- Support the marketing team with data entry, social media monitoring, and content scheduling.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Manage and organize digital project files and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth weekend operations.
- Provide excellent customer support via email and phone inquiries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or Communications).
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
