Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the Weekend Operations Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling, and logistics coordination for local and remote events.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with the New York-based team via virtual meetings to ensure seamless communication and project alignment across time zones.
- Data Management: Manage and update project databases, customer records, and digital filing systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer support for weekend inquiries, addressing concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Marketing Assistance: Support the marketing team in preparing materials for weekend campaigns and tracking engagement metrics.
- Team Participation: Attend weekly team syncs and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for weekend initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (High School Diploma or GED accepted for senior-level candidates).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
