Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and database management tasks during weekend shifts.
- Assist the sales and support teams with client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Conduct research on local market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support the technical team with basic troubleshooting and software testing.
- Attend weekly weekend team briefings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville office.
