Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) during weekend hours.
- Assist in creating engaging blog posts, graphics, and video content for the weekend newsletter.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support weekly strategy meetings.
- Support event coordination for our weekend pop-up activations and community gatherings.
- Update and maintain the company CRM database with new leads and client information.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm fresh ideas for seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
