Responsibilities
- Assist with Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain internal databases and records.
- SEO & Content Support: Help the marketing team research keywords and draft basic website content.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and professional support to clients via email and phone.
- Project Research: Conduct market research and compile reports to assist in strategic planning.
- Social Media Monitoring: Track trends and assist in the scheduling of weekend social media posts.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve common software and hardware issues.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be a currently enrolled high school or university student.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and minimal errors.
