Responsibilities
- Assist the operations department with data entry, filing, and digital record management.
- Support weekend customer service initiatives and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Conduct market research and compile data for weekly performance reports.
- Maintain office inventory and ensure workspace organization and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in drafting social media content.
- Attend weekly team syncs and provide feedback on ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
