Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of weekend marketing events and promotional activities.
- Manage social media channels and create engaging content during non-business hours.
- Conduct local market research and analyze competitor activities in the Northeast Florida area.
- Update and maintain internal databases and client contact lists.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk operations during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Available to work a consistent weekend shift (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) for at least 10-12 hours per week.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
