We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn about SEO, technical recruiting, and digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with our senior staff to support critical business functions during our peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with data analysis, reporting, and database maintenance.
- Support weekend marketing campaigns and social media content scheduling.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to support SEO initiatives.
- Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and internal databases.
- Coordinate logistics and administrative support for weekend recruitment events.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (College Credit eligible).
- Available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
