Responsibilities
- Support weekend operations through data analysis and system monitoring
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns and social media content creation
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings during weekend shifts
- Document technical processes and create training materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support QA testing for new software releases
- Present weekly progress updates to the team lead
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-4pm)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Interest in technology, marketing, or business operations
- Previous internship or part-time work experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to downtown Tampa location
