You will support critical backend operations and weekend project launches, working directly with senior leadership to drive our Summer/Fall objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of weekend digital campaigns and technical project rollouts.
- Collect and analyze performance metrics to generate weekly reports for the operations team.
- Maintain and update internal databases with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless weekend workflow.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for weekend stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends relevant to our seasonal strategies.
- Shadow senior engineers to understand the technical stack used for weekend deployments.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently for the Summer/Fall term.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn new tools and systems quickly.
