Responsibilities
- Support weekend development cycles for mobile/web applications using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile sprints and deliverables
- Conduct user research and data analysis to inform product improvements
- Assist in QA testing, bug tracking, and documentation maintenance
- Participate in virtual stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Develop personal skills through weekly tech talks and mentorship sessions
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and innovation hackathons
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Availability for 16-24 hours weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic proficiency in JavaScript/Python or relevant programming language
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating personal projects
- Authorized to work in the United States
