Responsibilities
- Support network administration and system maintenance tasks
- Assist in cloud infrastructure deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives and threat detection
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in cross-functional sprint planning sessions
- Provide Tier 1 user support for internal systems
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
