Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure across client sites
- Assist in cloud migration projects using AWS and Azure platforms
- Perform system backups, security audits, and vulnerability assessments
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for IT operations
- Support end-users via remote troubleshooting and ticket management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation for critical systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with Linux command line and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
