Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network monitoring, security updates, and system backups
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud infrastructure projects
- Participate in weekend system maintenance and upgrades
- Support event technology setup for weekend client meetings
- Test new technologies and document findings
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 4 PM)
