Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting Support: Assist users with hardware and software issues during weekend operational hours.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on internal systems and networks.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain technical data and client records.
- Project Assistance: Support the IT team with testing and deployment of software updates.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional support to customers via phone and email.
- Documentation: Update technical documentation and log support tickets.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Technical Basics: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of computer architecture.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical problems.
