Responsibilities
- Assist with weekend system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for internal software.
- Monitor and analyze data integrity reports during off-peak hours.
- Support the Customer Success team with weekend inquiries and ticket resolution.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure all weekend operations run smoothly.
- Generate and maintain accurate logs of all weekend activities and system performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support our weekend strategy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (IT, Computer Science, Business, or Marketing).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of database concepts or HTML/CSS is a plus.
