Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients during weekend shifts
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including network connectivity problems
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain detailed incident reports
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security protocols and best practices
- Train end-users on new technologies and software applications
- Participate in weekend system maintenance and scheduled updates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT, Computer Science, or related degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent coursework preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license required for occasional on-site visits
