Responsibilities
- Provide weekend technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and remote access
- Assist with hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Monitor and maintain network systems during weekend operational hours
- Document IT incidents and resolutions in service management systems
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for escalated support issues
- Participate in weekend system backups and maintenance windows
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking principles
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
