- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues during weekend shifts

- Train users on company technology platforms and best practices
- Participate in weekend system backups and disaster recovery drills
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and security concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (students welcome)
