Join TechSprint Solutions' dynamic team as a Weekend IT Support Intern! Perfect for students seeking hands-on experience with flexible scheduling. Our weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 8AM-4PM) provide an ideal balance with academic commitments. You'll work alongside our core IT team supporting 500+ employees across 3 states. This internship includes paid training and certification opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems using imaging tools
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special IT projects
- Implement security protocols and access controls
- Assist with asset management and inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS administration
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required for occasional equipment transport
