Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues during weekend operations
- Assist with network troubleshooting, system updates, and security protocols
- Document IT incidents using ticketing systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless weekend operations
- Deploy and configure new workstations and peripherals in client environments
- Conduct routine system audits and preventative maintenance tasks
- Train end-users on technology best practices and security awareness
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 8am-5pm)
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent coursework preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP)
