Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone and ticketing systems.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues during business hours.
- Perform routine software installations, updates, and patches.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Support the IT team in preparing the office environment for the upcoming work week.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program for Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows & Mac).
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
