Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Monitor network security and respond to incident alerts
- Document IT procedures and update knowledge base articles
- Assist with cloud infrastructure maintenance and updates
- Collaborate with weekend team on system optimization projects
- Train users on new technology implementations
- Participate in bi-weekly IT strategy sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
