Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Monitor network security and assist with system backups/recovery
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Train employees on new software implementations
- Assist with inventory management and asset tracking
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and cloud services
- Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting and Active Directory
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (16-24 hrs/week)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing systems
