Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection initiatives
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Support user training sessions for new software implementations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's program in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficient with Windows/macOS operating systems and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, cloud services (AWS/Azure), or virtualization
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification preferred
