Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues during weekend shifts
- Deploy and configure workstations using automated imaging tools
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network monitoring and basic cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system maintenance
- Participate in weekend infrastructure upgrade projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree
- Basic proficiency with Windows/macOS/Linux systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
