Responsibilities
- Tier 1 Technical Support: Assist employees with hardware and software troubleshooting, password resets, and account access issues.
- Hardware Management: Help with the deployment, imaging, and maintenance of laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Event Support: Provide technical support for weekend corporate events, ensuring AV equipment and networks function flawlessly.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and alert the senior team to any anomalies or outages.
- Ticket Management: Log and track support tickets in the internal helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets and supplies.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot common technical issues and think critically under pressure.
