Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues during weekend operations
- Assist with network maintenance, security protocols, and system backups
- Document technical procedures and create troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend IT projects
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to senior engineers
- Participate in weekend system upgrades and patch deployments
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (students welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
