Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal systems and remote employees
- Deploy and configure hardware including laptops, peripherals, and network devices
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and incident response documentation
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Participate in weekend system maintenance and patch deployments
- Learn and apply cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) in real-world scenarios
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving abilities
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM) during academic term
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diagnostic tools
- Relevant coursework or certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn enterprise technologies
