Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Assist in creating engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and digital ads
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Support event coordination for weekend pop-ups and community activations
- Manage CRM data entry and customer engagement tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotional initiatives
- Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (Marketing, Communications, or related field)
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
- Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO principles
- Strong written communication and creative thinking skills
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
