Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of weekend social media campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
- Conduct local market research and analyze competitor activity in the El Paso area.
- Support the sales and customer service team with administrative tasks and data entry on Saturdays.
- Organize and maintain marketing collateral and inventory for weekend events.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare weekly performance reports for the marketing manager to track progress.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred).
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from our El Paso office.
