Responsibilities
- Content Management: Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media posts and blog content for the weekend.
- Event Coordination: Support the logistics for weekend community events, including setup, registration, and teardown.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors during our weekend peak hours.
- Data Analysis: Compile weekly reports on engagement metrics and operational performance.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage email inquiries, maintain digital filing systems, and assist with inventory management.
- Creative Support: Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays for the duration of the internship.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a self-starter with a proactive attitude.
