Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics and resource allocation for cross-departmental projects
- Analyze operational data using Excel and reporting tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Support weekend client onboarding and stakeholder communication protocols
- Assist in implementing process automation initiatives using low-code platforms
- Document operational workflows and prepare executive summaries for leadership review
- Collaborate with remote teams across time zones during weekend shifts
- Participate in bi-weekly sprint retrospectives and process refinement sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Summer/Fall 2024 graduates eligible)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum a plus)
