Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with weekend administrative tasks and data entry.
- Monitor and update project dashboards to ensure data accuracy and reporting.
- Support client communication and coordinate schedules for weekend events.
- Conduct research on industry trends to assist in weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with senior staff to execute special projects and initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and digital filing systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Available to work weekend shifts consistently (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
