Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media accounts and creating engaging weekend-specific content.
- Support the sales and customer service teams during high-traffic weekend shifts.
- Conduct market research to analyze local trends and competitor activities in the Fort Worth area.
- Manage and update the company CRM database with weekend sales data.
- Participate in planning and executing weekend community outreach events.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude towards team collaboration.
