Responsibilities
- Assist with SEO Campaigns: Support the marketing team in keyword research and on-page optimization tasks to improve web visibility.
- Social Media Management: Curate and post engaging content for our weekend social channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze market data to help identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via email and chat during peak weekend hours to ensure high satisfaction.
- Content Creation: Draft blog posts, press releases, and internal reports under the guidance of senior editors.
- Administrative Support: Organize digital files, manage databases, and prepare weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Graduating class of 2024/2025).
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Work Ethic: Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
